Barbara Hobbs MBA as the owner of BHC is an experienced Registered Nurse with a wealth of operational experience of the health and social care sector and whose specialities are Regulation, Inspection and Safeguarding.

BHC is an enthusiastic and energetic consultancy, established in April 2012, following a successful career in both the NHS and Private Sector. Previously Barbara was a Non-Executive Board Member of the UKHCA but remains involved, likewise with the RCN, Housing Lin, and a number of significant and relevant other organisations too. Consequently, BHC provides a comprehensive range of services formulated on expertise, an in-depth sector understanding plus the latest trends and knowledge.

BHC has proven and successful operational experience in Retirement Villages, Extra Care Housing, Domiciliary Care and Care Homes. Similarly regulation and inspection including troubleshooting.
